The VIP Club Card issued in Kosovo is a loyalty card, available in physical form, which enables you to benefit from the GiFi loyalty program that implements promotional offers and discounts in all GiFi stores located in Kosovo. These promotional offers and discounts may take the form of deferred purchase coupons after the purchase of identified products, or immediate cash discounts during commercial operations for the purchase of VIP marked products.
GiFi reserves the right to modify, at any time, the various advantages granted to customers holding the Club VIP card.
The VIP Club card can be obtained by requesting it directly in the store and filling out the registration form.
In any case, the Club VIP cardholder must provide the following personal data: surname, first name, email address, postal code, title and mobile phone number. All of these data are processed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
The holder of the VIP Club card must present it at every checkout (or, if not present, provide the 13 digits of their customer number), in order to benefit from the advantages that may be offered to them due to their membership in the VIP Club. card.GiFi Loyalty Program.
The VIP Club card is linked to a single holder and cannot be used simultaneously with another account. Likewise, a person must request the creation of a single VIP Club account, materialized by a single VIP Club card, in order to allow GiFi to manage the customer database.
From the moment the card is created and throughout the year, the VIP Club cardholder can benefit from coupons generated during checkout as part of commercial operations carried out in certain periods.
To know the conditions of issuance and validity of coupons, it is necessary to refer to the terms of the commercial activity that allowed the generation of the coupon. The customer can also benefit from other cash discounts.

GiFi Kosovo includes, for the full information of the VIP Club cardholder, several points of the confidentiality policy.
a) DEFINITION OF PERSONAL DATA
“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, among other things, first name, last name, email address, postal code, title and mobile phone number.
b) PROCESSING AND PURPOSES OF THE COLLECTED DATA
Any personal data collected by GIFI KOSOVA is processed in accordance with European Data Protection Regulation 2018 and in accordance with Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data.
GiFi Kosova collects data from VIP Club cardholders through various contact and registration forms for the VIP Club loyalty program.
Personal data is collected to fulfill the following purposes:
Performing operations related to sales management and administration including:
Purchase;
Any withdrawal;
Invoices;
Accountability.
Monitoring customer relationships, including:
Conducting satisfaction surveys;
Customer complaint management and after-sales service;
Management of unpaid debts and disputes.
Loyalty program development and management:
Confirm customer registration for the VIP Club loyalty program;
Customer database management;
Management of the opposition list for telephone search.
Carrying out advertising campaigns (especially on social networks such as Facebook & Instagram);
Development of commercial statistics, allowing in particular the design of personalized advertising operations and campaigns;
Selecting people to carry out loyalty, research, surveys, product testing and promotion activities. Unless the consent of the persons concerned is obtained, these operations must not lead to the creation of profiles that could reveal sensitive data;
Organization of competitions, lotteries or any promotional operations, with the exception of games of chance, subject to approval by public authorities;
Management of requests for rights of access, correction, objection, restriction, portability, deletion of personal data.
The VIP Club cardholder undertakes to provide accurate data and keep it updated. Consequently, GiFi Kosova reserves the right to limit access to the advantages deriving from holding the VIP Club card or to cancel the VIP club registration of any user who has communicated false data, without prejudice to other possible legal actions.
c) COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
The data controllers, namely GiFi Kosova and GiFi SAS (a French company) may use subcontractors, who are located in Kosovo and the European Union.
A processor is a person who processes personal data on behalf of, under the authority and instructions of the data controller.
Thus, subcontractors may have access to data collected from VIP Club cardholders as part of their commercial relationship with Data Controllers. In this case, Data Controllers take care to supervise the contracts they enter into with their subcontractors, in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions.
d) SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data of VIP Club cardholders is stored in our information systems, where GiFi Kosova has adopted and implemented security, technical and organizational measures, to avoid any loss or unauthorized use by third parties.
e) USAGE RIGHTS
All VIP Club cardholders can also exercise their rights of access, objection, rectification and cancellation by sending an email to GiFi Kosova at [email protected].
GiFi Kosova cannot be held liable in the event of malicious or erroneous activity by the VIP Club cardholder, and/or due to a fortuitous event or force majeure, as well as any event that occurs beyond the control of GiFi Kosova, such as breakdowns or failures of third parties, operators or service companies.
For the resolution of all disputes and other matters relating to this agreement or activities conducted through the use of the GiFi software, the parties shall expressly submit to applicable law.
In cases of dispute between the VIP Club cardholder and GIFI Kosovo, if not resolved by agreement of the parties, the competent court is the court in the territory in which GIFI KOSOVA has its headquarters. GIFI KOSOVA.
