Have you purchased an item on GiFi and it doesn't fit?

Product exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date of purchase. Products are exchanged only upon presentation of the purchase receipt and your ID. Damaged and used products cannot be exchanged. Products cannot be exchanged if the packaging is damaged or opened. Hygiene products, underwear, duvets, pillows and bedspreads cannot be exchanged. As well as cut-to-size items and items related to events (e.g. Halloween, All Saints' Day, Christmas, Easter, New Year's Day, Carnivals, are not returned after the event).

What should I do if my product is damaged?

If you purchased your product in-store or through online ordering, return it to the store with a receipt or fiscal coupon.

After verification of the product by the store manager, you will be offered a product replacement or purchase at the specified value of the damaged item.

Please note that products that have been subjected to abnormal use, use that does not comply with the product's instructions for use are not covered by this warranty.

We have spare parts for certain items. We invite you to write to our dedicated service directly at the email address below, mentioning the item reference and specifying the type of part required (e.g., chair legs, screws).

How does "Click & Collect" work?

In just a few steps, you can select your favorite products on www.gifionline.com and pick them up from your chosen GiFi store:

 • Check the availability of the items you are looking for.

 • Add them to your cart and confirm the store where you would like to collect them.

 • Confirm your reservation on the website.

 • You will receive an order confirmation by email.

 • Once your order is ready, you will receive an email detailing the collection procedure.

Important: Orders placed with the Click & Collect service are reserved for a maximum period of 48 hours from the moment you receive the notification that they are ready for collection. After this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

How can I track my "Click & Collect" order?

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with details on how to collect it. For further information regarding tracking, please contact your selected store directly.

What are the advantages of using Click & Collect?

The "Click & Collect" service is free, allowing you to easily select the items you want online and collect them after receiving a confirmation email from your chosen GiFi store.

Is there a fee for using the Click & Collect service?

No, the Click & Collect service is free of charge.

Is there a minimum order amount to use this service?

Yes, a minimum order of €10 is required (after applying any VIP discounts).

Are all products available through Click & Collect?

"Click & Collect" is available only for a limited selection of products. Therefore, some items available in our stores may not be eligible for this service. It is also possible that an item may not be available in your preferred store. Don’t forget to check availability in other nearby stores!

How can I pay for my Click & Collect order?

Your Click & Collect order must be paid for directly in store.

Can I use my GiFi gift card on a Click & Collect order?

Yes, GiFi gift cards and vouchers can be used as payment methods when collecting your order in store.

What happens if I order VIP discounted items through Click & Collect?

If you place your order while logged into your VIP account, VIP prices will automatically apply. If you placed your order as a guest, make sure to inform the cashier when collecting your order so that your VIP discount can be applied.

What are the benefits of the VIP account?
