Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you agree to purchase a product and to accept the following terms and conditions. All orders (purchase orders) are subject to availability and confirmation of the price order.

The delivery time of the order can be realized up to 24 hours, except in cases of availability, or the representations given regarding the delivery time are subject to any possible delay, which may be the result of postal delays or other condition, for which we will not be held responsible.

To make an agreement with GiFi Online you must be over 18 years old and to pay online you must have a valid credit or debit card, issued by a bank that is acceptable to us. GiFi Online, in addition to online payment, also has the option of paying via bank transfer as well as in cash at one of the points of sale. GiFi Online reserves the right to refuse any request made by you and GiFi Online reserves the right to close your GiFi ONLINE account in its full discretion. If your order is accepted, we will inform you via email and confirm the identity of the party with whom you have made the agreement. This party will always be GiFi Online. When you place an order, you undertake that all the details you provide to us are true and correct, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card to place the order, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the items/goods.

GiFi Online informs all its potential customers that in case of technical errors of any nature it reserves the right not to deliver the product and also informs customers after placing the order that as such it cannot be fulfilled by explaining the eventual technical error, lack of stock or physical impossibility to deliver the product. In cases where the customer has made a direct payment on the GiFi Online platform, it assumes the obligation to return the funds to the customer's account within 5 days.

Orders will only be accepted upon confirmation by our Online Sales Agent, who will contact the customer via phone call, SMS, or supported messaging platforms such as Viber ose Whats app.

Our contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt of your order. This email will be a notification only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. The agreement between us for the purchase of the items will not be made until your payment has been approved by us and your credit or debit card has been charged, which we will notify you of by email with all the details related to the payment of your order.

Price and availability of items

While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices shown on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we notice an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel but have paid for the items at the time, you will be refunded in full. Shipping costs will be charged additionally; such additional charges are clearly stated where applicable and are included in the “Total Cost”.

The Service may contain typographical or other errors or inaccuracies, and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change and update information at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to process any order you may place based on information in the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or outdated information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms or refund policies.

Return/Refund Policies

• Product exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Products can only be exchanged upon presentation of the purchase receipt and your ID.
  
• It is not possible to exchange damaged and used products.
  
• Products cannot be exchanged if the packaging is damaged or opened.
  
• Hygiene products, bedding, duvets, pillows, bedspreads cannot be changed.

Payment

Upon receipt of your order, we perform a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Orders will not be released until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Upon receipt of your order, a charge will be made to your card.

Discount coupons

Promotional discount codes – From time to time we may offer promotional discount codes, which can be applied to certain or specified purchases made through the website.

• The terms of use associated with any discount code will be specified at the time of their launch.
• Only one promotional code can be used per order. A promotional code cannot be used after placing an order/purchase order.
• If the promotional code has expired, then you should not attempt to use it. Also, you cannot exchange your promotional code for cash.
• If you have been given a promotional discount code, it can only be used on your GiFi Online account for the purpose for which it was issued.
• You should not share your promotional code with friends or post it on any forum – you should keep it confidential and use it only for your purchases through the website.
• Take care of your promotional code, as we are not obligated to replace one, and misuse of the code in the event of careless loss and use by someone else will result in its cancellation.
• Exclusions may also apply to certain categories and products. We will notify you if the promotional code cannot be used on certain brand categories or certain products in your cart before completing your order/purchase.
